KING TECH FABRICATION

KING TECH FABRICATION is built on real-world experience across aerospace, high horsepower motorsports, and hands-on fabrication. With over 20 years of welding and fabrication experience, the focus is on producing work that performs under pressure, not just in theory.

The foundation of the shop includes over a decade of aerospace TIG welding experience on critical components used in space applications and military aircraft. This work has included building platforms for rockets delivering box satellites into space, fire suppression systems for Black Hawk helicopters, and fabrication of a custom stainless steel clean room involving over a mile of precision welding—where quality and consistency are critical.

In addition to fabrication, the shop brings nearly a decade of CAD design experience across both aerospace and automotive applications, developing parts and custom assemblies for small aircraft as well as performance and off-road vehicles. This allows projects to move efficiently from concept to completion with accurate design, proper fitment, and reduced guesswork.

Our background also includes nearly 20 years in off-road racing, from building and racing trophy trucks in Baja to traveling in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series. This included being part of a small crew responsible for every aspect of the vehicle—from chassis and suspension design to engine and drivetrain work, as well as supporting races as part of a chase team across the Baja peninsula. Experience supporting championship-level Pro 2 and Pro 4 race trucks producing over 900 horsepower brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to build components that hold up under extreme conditions.

A strong part of the shop’s background is a long-standing passion for Volkswagens—from Baja Bugs to buses and Beetles. That experience adds another layer of hands-on knowledge when it comes to building, repairing, and fabricating for real-world use.
